1) Spirit stepped on the somewhat moist ground from a rainfall and then dug her claws into it. The soil was not hard and broke easily and it was clumped together when she lifted it from the ground. The breeze went through the light gray female's thick fur and then she knew. "This is the place I will make my den," Spirit whispered to herself and then clawed at the surface of the earth.
This went on for about an hour and her paws and arms ached, her energy was drained, yet she was a fighter and the fae kept digging. After some time, the den has been successfully dug and there was a short tunnel to a big opening underneath the ground. Then, she walked off, looking for resources to make her den more comfortable.
2) Spirit looked around and sniffed the air, then looked to the ground and found clumps of lush grass that looked like it had been cut from the ground, but when she put her nose to the earth, it had no smell of wolves. Not stale nor fresh. Looking around again, the female padded back to the den with the grass in her mouth.
1) She layed it down on the surface of the den and then spread the undergrowth out, making it suitable for the light gray wolf to sleep in. Once it had been finished, and there were larger lumps in some places to support the female's torso, Spirit curled into a ball and flicked her tail over her muzzle so her nose was amidst the fur of herself. Suddenly, she fell into a deep slumber.
